Dark Leafy Greens

Kale, curly or flat
Swiss chard
Collards, Bok Choy,
Any Greens peeled or shredded

Chop these very fine and store in the fridge.

Add: Carrots or any root vegetable
Soaked Red Lentils, seeds, nuts, sprouts etc

Dress with plenty of the Lemon Tahini Dressing.
