Colonics

The school I attended taught the so called “SLO-FIL” technique. Once a person begins to take water into their body, the autonomic nervous system becomes activated. This activity can be moderated by turning the water off intermittently, creating comfort and slowing down the process. Resting is good. This allows the client to integrate the information without becoming traumatized and allows the colon to hydrate. It also gives them the sense of control over the process. Often the water moves higher into the colon for a more effective cleanse. The results are wonderful!
