Morning Drink

This is a wonderful way to start or end your day. I love the texture and sometimes I add up to 1/4 cup of Chia to make a pudding. Make sure you drink enough water after, though. That is a lot of chia in one sitting!

Morning Drink
To 2 cups of Hot Water
1 Tbs Flax Seed or Chia Seeds
1 Tbs Seseme Seeds
1 Tbs Honey
1 Tbs Carob or Cocoa
